I write about artificial intelligence because I work with it every day — not as a technologist, but as someone who sits with operations leaders, teaches MBA students, and watches how the gap between what AI can do and what organizations actually change remains stubbornly wide.
My interest is less in the models and more in the humans around them — the managers who have to redesign their functions, the workers whose routines are being restructured, the leaders who have to make decisions with imperfect information about a technology that is still becoming what it will be.
I try to write the way I would want to be taught: seriously, without pretension, and with the assumption that the reader is intelligent and time-pressed and deserves to be given something worth their attention.
